Shipping Method
We use UPS for all orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Time
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from date of receipt. Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen:
- UPS Ground - 2 to 6 business days on average (shipping time not guaranteed on Ground shippments)
- UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver - Next business day
- UPS Next Day Air - Next business day, usually by 12pm Noon (not available to all addresses, contact us for details)
- UPS Canada Standard - 6 to 10 business days, possibly more depending on customs. Note: UPS orders shipping to Canada may also be subject to Customs Fees on top of the shipping charge.
Special Instructions
If your order requires special delivery instructions, such as requiring a signature or specifying a particular delivery location (porch, side door, etc.), please make a note in the comments section when placing your order. We will do our best to accomodate your request, though some requests like requiring a signature may include an additional fee. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular delivery needs.
Alternate Shipping Methods / International Shipping
If you are unable to recieve UPS shipments to your location (PO Boxes) or are located outside of the United States or Canada, we may be able to ship your order via an alternate shipping method. Please note all orders not shipped via UPS will require additional processing time, and any shipping-related promotions (such as free shipping) will not be available. Please contact us for details.
